Perfecto Studio is an AI-powered product photography platform that allows users to generate and edit product images using generative artificial intelligence.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swix Labs LLC. Regarding AI-generated content, you retain ownership of the input images you provide, and we grant you a license to use the generated output for commercial purposes according to your subscription plan.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Termination and Modification
We reserve the right to cancel or change your subscription at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ban or terminate your access to the Service at any time at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swix Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
